# Reminders

That my life is a practice

That I can do hard things

That I can feel

That there’s no end goal

That I can be kind and generous to myself too

That expression is our right in this world

That those who changed us don’t get to define who we become

That forgiveness is freedom

Of my energy and my heart to be open again

That love is peace and the war is within
